Such a joy returning to my alma mater to speak with students about navigating early career experiences and building a strong foundation after graduation. We had meaningful conversations about personal growth, communication in the workplace, and creating thoughtful systems that support new employees. Grateful to have attended a university that prepares students for the real-world challenges and opportunities that come after college.
